Rmoni's solutions are plug-and-play, but if needed we (or a selected partner) can help you with the end-2-end installation of our solutions.

All new sensors undergo 3-point calibration for temperature by default. We issue a calibration certificate, stored online and valid for a period of 12 months. Yearly recalibration is performed simply by switching the digital probes, on-site (by a selected partner), or at our premises, by returning the sensors.

Rmoni's consultants can assist you with successfully implementing our solutions. Based on cloud solution implementation best practices and our own experiences, we developed the Rmoni implementation framework. We understand that driving adoption comes from the understanding of business challenges and address these with the right solutions. In the implementation process, it's all about ensuring that people across your organization understand the benefits and embrace the Rmoni solution.

To guarantee a flawless operation and add value to your business, we offer different Service Level Agreements. Our SLA framework offers a direct support line to our end-customers, based on a response-time driven ticketing system. All events and interventions are logged and reported upon, to ensure traceability for audit purposes.

We train your staff until they are fully competent and proficient in handling Rmoni's Digital Quality Management solution. Once employees followed our training and have been instructed, your DQM system is good to go.

All Rmoni's solutions can be validated against FDA 21CFR11. We can perform a full Installation Qualificaton (IQ) and Operational Qualification (OQ) on-site, in close co-operation with the quality manager and system owner. A standard validation can be offered at a fixed cost, while specific validation requests are handled on a time and material basis.
