What is the difference between a temperature data logger and temperature monitoring sensor?
A temperature data logger is designed to give you large datasets for analysis which may not prove to be very valuable information right away.
On the other hand, a temperature monitoring sensor’s only job is to make sure a certain process stays within the acceptable temperature limits and to warm you immediately when those limits are exceeded.
