Fifteen years ago, Burgerbar was one of the first gourmet burger chains in Amsterdam, known for its commitment to fresh, high-quality ingredients. For years, hygiene and temperature checks were done manually on paper. Each location had separate checklists for hygiene, cleaning and temperature logs. Incoming goods were checked manually, with staff recording temperatures from storage units and delivery trucks by hand.
